After receiving his bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University, Dr. Canfield continued his studies at OSU earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. Dr. Canfield’s interest in sleep dentistry was brought on by his own suffering of sleep apnea that was relieved by wearing an oral appliance. Dr. Canfield is a member of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine and is currently pursuing his AADSM diplomate credential. Dr. Canfield is currently an Adjunct Assistant Professor of General Practice and Material Science at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry.
